Acordo N˚ 9999-999, Emenda No. 1

This Amendment made by and betweenXXX, (referred to as Retrocedent), and ZZZ, (referred to as Retrocessionaire), is attached to and becomes a part of the Automatic Life Retrocession Agreement (No. 9999-999), dated March 1, 2004.

Esta Emenda executada entreXXX (denominada Retrocedente) e ZZZ (denominada Retrocessionária), está anexada e faz parte do Acordo de Retrocessão de Seguro de Vida Automática (No. 9999-999), datado de 1º de março de 2004.

This Amendment does not alter, amend or modify the Retrocession Agreement other than as set forth in this Amendment, and it is subject otherwise to all the terms and conditions of the Retrocession Agreement together with all amendments and supplements thereto.

Esta Emenda não altera, emenda nem modifica o Acordo de Retrocessão a não ser como estabelecido neste Acordo e está sujeita a todos os termos e condições do Acordo de Retrocessão, juntamente com todas as emendas e suplementos de tal acordo.

a) Super Preferred – Non Tobacco - Standard risk medically

- No use of tobacco products in the last 36 months

- Blood Pressure on exam not to exceed 135/85 and no treatment in the past 5 years

- Cholesterol <5.0 No history of treatment

- Family history: no history among relatives from Coronary Artery Disease, Diabetes or Cancer before age 60 (except Basal Cell Cancer)

- Height and weight per table

- Personal History: no history of Cerebral Vascular Accident, Coronary Artery Disease, Diabetes or Cancer

- No private pilots or participation in hazardous sports or recreational activities
